It is an ice-cream kiosk.
1st time seeing it in Dataran Pahlawan.
It is located opposite the Big Apple Donuts.
The interesting part are we mix any ice-cream and other toppings by ourselves,
And the price is determined by the weight of the cup.

Roughly you will spend Rm10-Rm15 per cup.
